光岸 · Forty-Fifth Floor
An elevated omakase experience suspended between the sunset and the skyline. Hand-selected fish, rare sake, and a private rooftop reserved for those who arrive by invitation.

The Signature Experience
Behind a sliding hinoki door, a single chef prepares twenty courses for eight guests. The fish arrives that morning from Toyosu. The rice is seasoned by hand. The pacing is yours alone.
Each seat is paired with a flight of rare junmai daiginjō, poured from cedar masu beside handcrafted Bizen-yaki ceramics. Two seatings nightly. Reservations confirmed personally.

The Open-Air Lounge
Step beyond the glass into the night air. Fire bowls reflect across the infinity edge. Paper lanterns sway in the updraft. A brass-clad bar pours yuzu negronis, smoked highballs and seventy years of Japanese whisky.

Fridays at Kōgan
Every Friday from 22:00 until late. International selectors curate the slow descent from sunset to skyline — sophisticated, never loud.

The Tower
Kōgan occupies the entire 45th floor of the Asakawa Tower — a monolith of smoked glass rising 220 meters above the harbor district. Arrival is by valet at the marble porte-cochère, then a single brass elevator carries you, silently, past forty-four floors of darkness.
